Privacy

dmClub does not sell our customer list for mailing purposes and has a strict policy never to pass any customer details or information to third parties except:

• when required to do so by law,
• for telecoms reasons,
• for purposes of checking identification for credit worthiness when a customer tries to pay with any revocable payment means

dmClub currently has a newsletter to notify customers of changes to the system, new services or future updates. Customers have the ability to "opt" out of receiving these messages, however the customer will be responsible for any problems that arise with their service due to non-notification.

dmClub is registered under the UK Data Protection Act and believe our record is excellent with regards to customer privacy.

 

SPAM

Some spammers have set their "from address as a DigitalMail/dmClub domain. These are not from us or any of our network and we strongly advise people not to buy from people who attempt to start a commercial relationship by lying.

We do not sell: -

• Financial services
• Potions/Services designed to change or alter any part of your anatomy
• Any form of free/paid for adult content
• "Get rich quick" schemes
