PayPal

*Allows you to transfer money online in US$. (£'s and €'s coming soon)
*A credit card is required to register.
*Payment is made immediately, however it may take a few days to become fully registered.
*Upon registration, you may be allowed an initial credit limit. For transactions larger than that initial credit limit, you need to be fully registered.
*To become fully registered, you need to retrieve a security code from your bank statement. You can find this on your online bank statement or wait for the statement to be mailed to you. *If urgent, some friendly banks may allow you to call their helplines to retrieve this code, although PayPal does advise against that.
*To sign up for a PayPal account, go to http://www.paypal.com.
*When paying with PayPal, use the "Pay by PayPal" link within your dmAccount (found by clicking "Pending Orders" in your Clubhouse)

NoChex
*Allows you to transfer money online in £ sterling.
*Payment is made immediately, however you need access to your next bank statement (either online or postal) before becoming fully registered.
*You need a UK debit card to register with NoChex.
*To sign up for a NoChex account, go to http://www.nochex.com.
*When paying with NoChex, use the "Pay by NoChex" link within your dmAccount. (found by clicking "Pending Orders" in your Clubhouse)
Visa & MasterCard
*Please phone 020 7562 0040 during office hours and quote your DMID (the email address you originally signed up with)
Cheque

*We accept Sterling cheques made payable to Digital Mail Ltd and drawn on a UK bank account.
*Please post to:

Cash / Postal Orders
*This needs to be pre-arranged with dmClub. Please phone 020 7562 0040 during office hours.
Western Union

*Cash can be paid into any of the Western Union agents worldwide to have money transferred to dmClub. To locate an agent near you, see the Western Union website, www.westernunion.com.
*Any transaction fees will be payable by the customer. Transaction fees depends on the location posted and the amount. As an example, sending £100 within the UK costs £14.
*Please notify dmClub of your intention to use Western Union, as well as when the transaction is complete to provide any transaction codes. Call 020 7562 0040 during office hours, or email support@dmclub.net.

UK Bank Transfer

Payment can be made within the UK into the Digital Mail bank account.
*Digital Mail Limited bank account details are:
HSBC Bank, Southwark Branch, 28 Borough High Street, London, SE1 1YB. Account number 51290576, Sort Code 40-06-21

*Please use your ORD number as a reference for the payment
*When the transfer is made, please ask your bank when the funds will be in our account, and notify us of this by email

International Bank Transfer
*Payment from outside the UK can be transferred directly into the Digital Mail bank account, however this is subject to an additional £8.00 to cover our bank's charges.
*Digital Mail Limited bank account details are:
HSBC Bank, Southwark Branch, 28 Borough High Street, London, SE1 1YB. Account number 51290576, Sort Code 40-06-21, SwiftCode MIDL GB32.
*Transfers must be in pounds sterling, for the invoiced amount plus £8.00 to cover our bank's charges.
*Please give your bank your Digital Mail invoice number to use as a reference so that we can identify the source of the transfer. Our bank will then notify us of the credit to our account with this number as reference.
*When the transfer is made, please ask your bank for the number of the transaction and the date when the funds will be in our account, then notify us of these by email so that we know you have paid us.
*To avoid paying multiple bank charges, you may wish to provide additioanl payment for future transactions with Digital Mail.

VAT Guide

EU Companies
Send us your company letterhead showing your VAT registrations number. Our sales staff will check with the London VAT office, and we will then not charge you VAT.

USA
Companies and Individuals in the US are exempt from VAT. Forward us your US address to which DML can send confirmation of your account. We will not charge you VAT.
Rest of World (Outside EEC)
Companies and Individuals outside the EEC are exempt from VAT. Forward us your address outside the EEC to which DML can send confirmation of your account, we will not charge you VAT.
